The cooperative, founded in 1977, is located on the monolithic hills. Since its birth it has been responsible for collecting the members' productions, especially olives and cherries, in order to enhance them.
In fact, thanks to the qualities of olives present in the area, such as Cima di Mola, Coratina, Ogliarola, Simone, Leccino and Frantoio hand-grilled directly by the members, through cold pressing methods, produces a appreciated extra-virgin olive oil, as well as organic and PDO oil. Milling still takes place with traditional granite grinders within 48 hours of harvesting.
The cherries picked up by members, such as Bigarreaux and Ferrovia, are processed and reach the markets for marketing. On the other hand, industrial cherries are given to the Coap company which processes and sells them. We also cultivate the ancient and valuable durum wheat Senatore Cappelli from which excellent semolina is produced. We also have Italian honey of various types and jars of typical products in oil (aubergines, courgettes, peppers, mushrooms, etc.) in our brand.
